After the file transfer is complete, Disconnect your phone from the computer. Now from the phone goto Settings and then tap on “About Phone”.

Now click on System Updates.

Now your mobile will verify the zip file that you just have pasted inside the home folder. If the file is correct then it will show you a screen with update option like this,

When it’s done it will prompt you to install the update, Just tap on “Install Now” option. Now your phone will restart and start installing the lollipop update. Please do not touch your phone while the update is going and make sure your mobile is connected to the charger. It will take 15 – 20 minutes to complete the update.
